Once you've completed the sample stage and approved the shape, fit, construction, stitching method, and all other details, it's time to begin planning your bulk order. Fabric
One of our key strengths is our deep knowledge of fabrics. If you send us a fabric sample, we can replicate it with 100% accuracy—from composition and weave to weight and hand feel.
Before we started our clothing business, we worked as fabric sellers based in Shengze Town—China’s main production center for synthetic fabrics. That’s why all woven fabrics made from polyester, nylon, spandex, and other synthetic fibers in our garments are produced by us directly. We also have experience with knitted fabrics and can meet a wide range of fabric needs.
The Flow of Apparel Production
We organize our clothing production following these steps.
Pre-Production
Before we start production, we’ll confirm the fabrics, trims, and all other details with you. If there’s a need to adjust the fit, color, or print, we’ll first test it on a small batch to make sure everything is just right before moving on to full production.
Bulk Production
Once you've confirmed all the details—like quantity, colors, sizes, and approved the samples—and the deposit is paid, we’ll begin production. We’ll let you know the estimated delivery time before starting production.
Quality Check
We care about delivering great products. Our quality control (QC) team carefully checks each piece before it's packed. If we spot any issues, we fix them right away to make sure everything meets our high standards. We can also welcome inspection visits from your assigned QC staff.
Packaging
We know fast and safe delivery matters. We can follow your packaging instructions and also handle extra requests, such as ironing or packaging with hangers, and more.
