Sample Development means turning your design ideas into a real product. We work on the shape, fit, how it’s made, how it’s stitched – all the small details – to create a sample you can see and check. Jinsapparel is a professional clothing manufacturer. We provide full sample development services to help bring your ideas to life.
We offer two options for sample development. You can check our Products page to choose from our ready-made samples, or you can share your idea and tech pack with us so we can custom-make a sample for you. For the custom option, we charge a sample fee of $50–$100, and the lead time is around two weeks.

Project Discussion
We work with you to turn your ideas into reality by guiding you on the best methods for fabrication and printing. Our team helps create technical drawings and detailed “tech packs” to bring your concepts to life.
Fabrics & Trims Sourcing
We are fabric specialists with access to a wide variety of materials. We can replicate nearly any fabric available on the market with complete accuracy. Every aspect of your fabric can be fully customized — from yarn count and weight to color — according to your specific needs.
In addition, we maintain long-term partnerships with trusted accessory factories, enabling us to provide a wide range of quality trims and components, including zippers, buttons, and more.
Pattern & Sewing
Our expert pattern makers and sewing team use advanced technology to create precise samples. Every detail, no matter how small, is carefully checked and corrected to ensure high-quality results.
Quality Check
After the samples are made, our product development team checks them for quality and consistency. We’ll also send you videos of the samples and make any needed changes before final delivery.
